How to Get Closer to God

Have you found yourself in a frustrating place in life—not knowing where to go, just spiritually lethargic. Let me encourage you to be like the wise men. We read about them in Matthew chapter 2. They set out on a long journey; they left a lot of familiar things behind by going into the unfamiliar. But they knew God was calling. They followed a supernatural appearance of a star, a bright light in the sky, that guided them all the way to Bethlehem—all the way to Jesus.

I love their response. They followed faithfully to where God was leading them, and when they found Jesus, they rejoiced exceedingly.
